This important designation—Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS)—recognizes education and achievement in the upper tier residential market.
To become a member of The Institute, an agent must attend an intense two-day seminar focusing on marketing techniques and other special skills that set The Institute’s members apart from their competitors and give their clients an edge when selling or purchasing a luxury home. In addition to attending training, an agent must meet performance standards set by The Institute, including documenting past successes in the luxury market. Only then is the CLHMS designation awarded.
Each month, I receive valuable information from The Institute regarding market trends, creative marketing strategies, and best practice tips from other successful real estate professionals from across the country and abroad. This is information which will be put to work to help you meet your real estate objectives.
